From construction manager (Amy) and warranty person (Timothy)- they take great care and pride in all that they do. The designer helped me pick the perfect finishes. The construction manager communicates the stages of the build with emails and pictures which was very helpful. You can FEEL the QUALITY in this beautiful home and the development itself is simply gorgeous. Avenir is going to be the next Alton or Abacoa.

I personally love the location of Avondale in Avenir which is going to be next to the Coconut Blvd extension to the Bee line Hwy which will make it a much easier commute to the beaches, Mall and Jupiter. Avondale offers many lots located on lakes with beautiful views. We are looking forward to being residents of our new community!
