  No stars. None of the window's had screens when we moved in. The back glass sliding door never had a screen door. Now they want to charge $50.00 for screens. Was told the security deposit was $500.00 but was charged $800.00 when we moved in. Every year since we have had to prove that we where charged $800.00 instead of $500.00. When we moved in we had an enclosed back porch. They tore out the screening and now it is completely open. When we moved in we had assigned parking and were assured our spot was secured since we are both handicapped. No longer have assigned parking and the complex FAILS to meet Federal regulations regarding compliance for handicapped access and parking. Every year the management company continually screws up the lease agreement paperwork and pushes it until the deadline is almost impossible to comply with. For the past 2 years they have increased the rent on every unit when they have not even brought the property up to current Federal and State requirements. When they make repairs that require they provide new living accommodations or other material reciprocity they fail to do so. Every week there are at least two occurrences of police being required at one of the management companies properties. Finding someone in the actual office is always a game of tag. If there is somebody there they are not able to handle any of the work to fix a lease and if they supposedly are they cannot seem to get the documents processed without multiple error's (always in the management companies favor). When they hire contractor's to do work, they always seem to tap into water/electric that is billed to the tenant. And this is all just off the top of my head.

  Our company, Vivi Handy Renovation, completed work for this management group and has been trying to collect payment on outstanding invoices since November 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups by email, text, and in person, we have not received payment or a confirmed payment date. On April 9, we were told the invoices were being processed, but there has been no payment or update since. We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this professionally but have not received a response from anyone with authority to close this matter. We encourage vendors to ensure clear payment terms and communication before working with this company, as delays in payment appear to be an ongoing issue.

  Called the main office on Saturday 4-18 to let them know that there was a sick raccoon in our complex so they could get it taken care of but they didn't seem that interested in it so if a child gets bit by it there is going to be big problems.

  I recommend based on my experience from visiting, and the resident input that I received. The maintenance manager is great, and the staff overall is friendly and responsive. They arranged some repairs a few years back, where my husband did some work and removed some construction debris and furniture. Brevard Home Repairs & Renovations.

  They advertise apartments on Zillow for $689/month, but when you contact them about those apartments, they insist they are $1405/month. That's a huge disparity and they are wasting our time and degrading the reputation of Zillow in the process. Schysters and liars, and completely unapologetic about the disparity.
