- TTTina4 days ago5.0My husband and I have spoken to different builders over the last few years because we have always wanted to build and design our home. However, we always walked away thinking everything is nickeled and dimed with the standard features being outdated. But we were very impressed with Ryan Homes after speaking with Tommy and walking through the model homes in Dec. The construction has just begun on our home so we still have a ways to go. And so far, we love the open communication between us and the team. Whether it’s with Tommy, Brian or Travis, they will get back to us quickly. We have never built a home before so we have a lot of questions. And they never make me feel as if I’m bothering them when I reach out. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home in Palm Bay. We can’t wait to close and move in this summer!

We found the perfect house and got a phenomenal deal. Worked with great people who continue to just be so fantastic to work with. And I’m a retired real estate broker who has worked with most of these builders before and I can honestly say this has been the best transaction so far in my almost 40 years!
