  My husband and I applied for an apartment here and paid the $200 holding fee, but never heard back about our application. So I've tried everything in order to get in contact with someone at the office to get a refund, but ann time I've called, it rings for a bit and then hangs up on its own. I've sent in those little inquiries/messages on their own website, to no avail. It took me reading the reviews in order to find the owners email, so I sent an email requesting a refund...guess we'll see if I get a response or not. I can't exactly go into the office, yet, as we live in texas, and aren't gonna be back in Florida until Friday.

  My husband and I have scheduled a tour here on 3 separate occasions, not a single person has showed up. We’ve even came different days and time outside of the scheduled tours to see if we could meet with the person in the office. No one seems to be in the office no matter what time or day it is.. Waste of time. Phone also hangs up or says the line is busy.

  Clean, staff was friendly, but not anywhere to have TV in lvingroom. Closets and bedrooms on the small side.

  Not very good I spent the entire day calling and leaving messages about an apartment I viewed on Friday that I was interested in so far I can't get anybody to call me back
