  I really debating about whether or not I was going to review this scam of a leasing company because giving these fools any space to rent in my head is a waste of my time. They shill themselves as a "Service Matters" oriented office and it is the complete opposite. They slam tenants with a lease agreement and it's one of the worse things you will EVER sign in your entire life. Forcing you to "PRESSURE WASH" the property before you leave, vacuuming their carpets with a special attachment among all the long list of requirements. Tenants are basically expected to be responsible for EVERYTHING. Let me be clear, they create leases to 100% protect the landlord, not the tenant. On top of all this, the whole office staff are a bunch of scared cowards. Hiding behind voicemails, never returning your calls and then all of a sudden weeks later receive a text message. Their method of choice to contact you is via text because god knows how many tenants call to complain about issues and they figured out a way to filter this out. Service doesn't matter here. Since they have your deposit money when you move-out, it's a free for-all-grab for them to walk around and scrutinize every bit of the property to deduct whatever the heck they want. You'll be signing away your soul if you don't read every single clause of their lease. You have been warned about this garbage company and the shady CEO and that's all I'll say about it. Complete waste of my time.

  EDIT: There was a mix-up of identification due to subcontracting and the changing of management companies. In my experience, Service Matters has been nothing but fast and professional. 5 stars for David's professionalism.

  This has company was amazing to my mother. My mother is elderly and just moved to the area. They worked with her and were able to get her into an apartment. Nicole went above and beyond to explain everything to her during the entire process. She was so patient and sweet and never got frustrated when my mother didn’t understand something. I cannot thank her and the rest of the staff enough. Thank you for helping my mother move into a safe space that she gets to call her own.

  Service Matters is a fantastic property management company Their owner is prior military, and they pay special attention to detail and have extra perks for military members and retirees They are excellent at balancing owners and tenants needs Their customer service is far superior to any other property management companies in Northwest Florida. I highly recommend them if you are an owner looking for a company to manage your property or if you are a tenant looking for a good local rental.
