  Booked a tour and when I arrived, the person at the office told me that she doesn't know why the website still makes tour schedules when they have a waiting list for over a year. Wasted my time driving here.

  Its been a great place for me to live in and very peaceful and quiet. Ms. Ilene have been very helpful and cares for her tenants needs here at Winward Apartments. Keep up the good work and for having me as a resident.

  The area itself is nice, access the Semoran street and its stores. Mcdonalds, Bravo Supermarket. The rent is low and some of the neighbors are nice. Now for the other neighbors, the ones that come out at night to make noise, vandalize and loiter. I hate them. 1 star for the area 1 star for the good neighbors 1 star for the low rent 0 star for the drug using out of control teens. 0 star for the apartment complex, because they know the problem and roberries at night, but refuse to do something about it.
