  Moving here should be a last resort. During my time living here, both my car and apartment were broken into. The unit had serious issues, including a roach infestation, mold, and even a rat living behind the refrigerator. The air conditioning frequently broke down, and maintenance was consistently slow or unresponsive. The apartment itself is extremely small and overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the environment is stressful—neighbors are often loud and inconsiderate, which makes working from home difficult. There have also been incidents of domestic disturbances, and at one point I witnessed inappropriate behavior in the parking lot that made me feel unsafe. Management is quick to charge fees but very slow to address serious concerns. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor living conditions, and hostile atmosphere made this a very unpleasant experience.

  There is always some type of noise with landscaping in talking about SUPER EARLY 6 am damn near or 7 on the dot. There no sleeping in at your home that you pay SOOOOOMUCH money for. They are very inconsiderate a lot of times here.

  The worse experience I been in my apartment complex for 1 yr and 2 months god knows how many times I have called for my internet service it’s horrible right now I have no internet connection they won’t credit your account it’s horrible

  Summit at Metro West.. Just don’t move here. There’s better options. Even for bad apartments and worse locations. But this one took the cake of the places I’ve lived over the last decade. We were desperate when we moved so it was our last and best option so if that’s your case this is the place for you. If you don’t want to see daily roaches over your counters, walls or furniture. This not the place for you. The maintenance people God bless their heart are super nice i don’t blame anything on them. But this one of the worst poorly repaired places I have ever had bad luck to live in. I don’t know how we missed so much when we walked the apartment the first time. Everything in every room or corner had something broken by the week in the apartment because it was already broken and poorly repaired. All the floors make creaking noise when you step and you can listen to your neighbors thoughts. Some neighbors even be blasting music and yelling during the night and also keep their porch dirty which attracts rodents and infestation. Then to find out other residents were paying less rent than I did totally disrespectful when they went ahead and raised our rent again. Twice actually.. Literally this management team clearly sucks and can rude and so disrespectful when addressing them. They even made it super difficult for us to leave cause they just selfish and disrespectful like that cause literally they choose to. We were super nice and cooperative with them always. No wonder some of their only good respectful management team left. I would’ve left to. Again i don’t blame the maintenance team at all the do the best they can with what their given. But if I have a garage and my garage is full of water cause of the apartment upstairs that’s insane. The amount of issues we had in this place cannot be summarized in this one review. Just avoid a world of headaches. Even with daily cleaning and essential maintenance we would still get roaches.
