  I had to take a moment and send a kudos to the maintenance team. We have only been here just around a week and we had a work order that was put in minutes before they came and took care of it and I think that is exceptional service. They were even faster than the AI app that is being used for maintenance requests and I truly appreciate that. Outside of that, the apartment is clean. Everything has been amazing. Our neighbors are very kind and there's a sense of real neighborhood that we didn't have in our last place. The front office staff has been (especially Cibele & Erika) amazing! And we couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much. - Marci 🥰

  The District at 9702 Universal Blvd have an amazing great staff. I just met with Alexandria (Alex) a very professional yet friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable representative right when you entered the lobby area. Manager Ericka please assist Alex in anything she might need currently at work if you are able or in the near future. Employees like Alex, make every company or organization look good. Congrats on hiring great talent.
