  I lived at Courtney at Lake Shadow for about 3 years and 5 months, and overall, it was a very positive experience. I truly appreciate the team, both past and present staff, for their dedication and support. A special thank you to Yoeski and Dan for always being upbeat, professional, and quick to assist whenever needed. My time here was peaceful, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Like any community, there were small issues from time to time, but the positives far outweighed the negatives. Any concerns I had were always addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend this community to others looking for a comfortable place to live. -Evelyn

  My wife & I just moved in 2 days ago and are very happy with our new apartment. Alexis made the move in process quick and stress free. Would definitely recommend this complex. Despite some negative reviews everybody has a different experience so keep that in mind.

  Nothing luxurious about this place. Hallways and common areas are always dirty and the place is infested with roaches. On the other hand, Dan is the best employee ever and very hard working. Sadly for the experience this place offers they are overpriced

  I’ve had such a positive experience living here. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. Maintenance is also fantastic - they respond quickly and always keep you informed, which I really appreciate. The property manager is especially wonderful and truly works with residents when things come up. I really believe in the idea that you get what you give, and that’s exactly the energy here - if you communicate and treat the team with respect, they go above and beyond to help you. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the people running the community actually care.

  The Courtney is by far one of the best apartment complexes to live at, the community is great. Maintenance is the best, they handle work orders extremely quick and make sure the community and apartments are always up to par. Huge shout out to Dan, the leasing office treat you like family. They do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of, and make every and each one of us feel a personalized and unique experience where they actually care. Joeski is amazing, does everything in her power for the residents. And Alexis and the rest of the office are equally amazing, great customer service, always positive, always a smile. 10/10 community. Recommend to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, quiet, clean community or should I say family
