    This place is near to many important places in Orlando. And Oscar truly makes the stay easier. Thank you for helping me even with things that weren’t your responsibility, like carrying my heavy groceries up to the second floor.

    have lived in this complex for more than a year, and the management keeps getting worse. They changed the trash service, got rid of the people who used to handle it, and now they have a group of teenagers—kids who don’t look older than 18—responsible for collecting the garbage. This company is a disaster, an absolute disaster. The trash is always scattered around by animals, these people have no control over anything, everyone throws garbage everywhere, everyone is filthy, and the place is infested with cockroaches. The maintenance of the gym is terrible. They are only interested in collecting money. They have never fixed a door that leads to the other street, John Young Parkway. It has been broken for more than three years. People have to exit through another area where the crossing is crazy, and there are accidents there every single day. Basically, you have to take care of throwing away your own trash, because when the animals tear the garbage open and spread everything around, the trash company obviously does not clean up the mess on the ground. They do not pick up anything unless it is sealed inside a closed bag. So when you wake up and look outside, you often see your trash can with garbage scattered all over the floor in front of your door. That is the scene you see almost all the time. Trash spread everywhere by animals, and the garbage company does not pick up anything unless it is properly bagged and closed. As for the gym, the only thing they do is paint it. Every year they just change the paint color. There are machines that do not work at all. They have had three broken machines in the gym for more than a year and have never fixed them. The only thing they do is throw white and black paint on the gym. To the “OWNER” I understand this is a standard protocol response, but it does not help at all, because the issues I mentioned have been ongoing for three years. I do not believe it should take more than three years to fix a door, repair two or three broken gym machines, improve trash control, and eliminate a cockroach infestation. I don’t think this is a matter of putting all concerns into one message or going to the office, because too much time has passed and nothing gets done. Obviously, you have known for a long time what the problems are, but you do nothing about them. One time I asked a maintenance worker why they never fix the gym machines, and he told me they were always taking pictures as if they were supposedly going to repair them, but nothing ever happened. He also told me, “I think these people owe money to the companies that fix things, which is why they haven’t been able to repair anything.

    I requested a tour a tour back in march and once i arrived, nobody was there to guide me. The response time when it comes to trying to move into a new establishement, the new renters should have the utmost respect and communication. I did not receive either, and it makes question if this would be a home to reside in

    I’m giving these 5 stars for Oscar who has been working on the property I think for the entire 4+ years that I have lived here and let me tell you something. Oscar is a ray of sunshine, always says hello to me and my dog and always working hard to make sure the property looks great. He’s also easily approachable if I have a random question and has even been wonderful on some of the maintenance calls he’s answered for my unit. Oscar helps make this place really feel like home.
