  Wonderful home and beautiful community. My home was the build out home in Sunset Preserve, so a long process from contract to close but the Pulte team worked hard to help deliver me and my family to our dream home. The sales and build teams have all been great and I appreciate their support. The closing team was ok for the most part but I sensed a weird energy with them. Tried to get me to rush through closing paperwork…I had to slow them down because I noticed issues and they gave me grief for it. Sorry ma'am, this is likely the biggest single purchase I’ll ever make, forgive me for making sure everything is in order as it should be. Regardless we got through it and it is neither here nor there . I would have given 5/5 stars but I do feel that for whatever reason, I have the most narrow driveway in the community, barely wide enough for one car and have to 3-point turn to get in and out of the garage. Obviously this is something that wasn’t touched on during the lot selection , home model selection, or design studio selection processes. It kind of was an afterthought until I moved in and now all I can do is drive by all the neighbors homes with driveway envy🥲. If Pulte could find a way to make it right and widen the driveway, I’d definitely go 5-Stars. Outside of that, solid home and wonderful neighborhood. P.S. I woke up after the first night sleeping here and had the sudden urge to interview somebody like I was a radio host. One week in and I’m fairly certain I have what it takes be the next shock jock. I’ve installed an “On-Air” sign in the office and have hired an assortment of personalities from the local Publix to be my crew. Update: I have gotten bids for widening the driveway. I know that Pulte always thrives for 5 stars. If they help split the cost of the project, I will gladly give them their fifth and final star.

  02/04/24 - went to replace the light fixture in the bathroom, granted all of them we replaced have been off a little - but this one is just unbelievable and such poor work. 01/20/24 - weekly pickup of garbage blown in yard - this time it was 15 nails like in the picture and all in our neighbors driveways too - 7 flats on this street alone - what I know of thanks to Pulte. 01/10/24 - workers are in here everyday at 07:00am - supposed to be 08:00am and this morning everyone within blocks was awaken by a dumpster driver incessantly honking his horn before 08:00am to other workers cars so he could get through. We have 5 layers of customer service people in Florida - 5 - but sent them an email and none are up yet. I went out my front door and asked him to please stop honking and he cursed at me and cursed at me - I just went back in knowing there was no chance of dealing with this type of person rationally - tired of this place and the lack of concern for their homeowners by Pulte. We had a great sales experience with Rachel and overall the home is well built and Pulte is very responsive. Workers are only supposed to be here before 08:00am, but we are awaken every Saturday morning by the dumpsters being emptied and the street sweeper. This week as every week the street sweeper blows all the garbage and dirt into your yard and it is very frustrating when these are million dollar homes and no consideration is given by their subcontractor to your property when we all work hard to keep them clean and looking nice. This Saturday I saw the driver of the street sweeper and drove to him on my Harley, had to holler since Hogs are loud, and this employee of Pulte jumps off his machine and starts screaming at me, we both had words, but when he threatened to kill me that was enough and I left and called the police for an incident report. So you have to ask yourself, is this a safe place to live and what kind of subcontractors is Pulte hiring. Today was very disappointing and my wife an I are reconsidering our move here. Below is after I picked up all the trash and swept most of the sand - but Pulte can do better.

  My review of Pulte Homes will be done in two parts. Here's part 1. My experience so far with Pulte Homes has been excellent thanks to Cathy Coverini our sales agent. Cathy is just simply one the best I've seen to date. She friendly (a big deal to me), professional, responsive & committed. She insisted we walked the property when I was there and I noticed that Cathy & the homeowners that we met had a great relationship. I asked Cathy why is that and she indicated that in her mind the deal NOT done just because the contract is signed. She believes in staying involved in the lives of the homeowners. All I can say is WOW and I hope that Cathy is a reflection of the overall company. Thanks Cathy!
