  Went in for a tour yesterday, had to wait 20 minutes beyond my scheduled time as Joseph was busy doing balcony inspections. Very nice guy. Property seemed very run down and not cared for. One unit I viewed had a strong odor of animals and smoke, I was told that’s weird because previous resident “didn’t have pets.” Viewed an upgraded model and was not impressed. Gave two stars as the property has two pools, half basketball court, and dog park so I thought that was cool. Gym smelled bad like sweat, obviously it’s a small gym and very crowded with equipment but the smell was horrendous. I wouldn’t pay to live here - just sharing to help someone else save their time.

  I do not usually put reviews , but I do use reviews at time for input on places. I really wanted to put my input on this property. The management and maintenance are amazing! I have been living here since December 2025 and don’t have one negative thing to say. Any issues I may have had in the apartment has been taken care immediately. Thank you Robert and Elkin for the hard work and prompt service . As for the front office, Kelsey and Joseph are just the best dynamic duo at their best. They are both so caring, fair, and accountable. I have seen them with my own eyes handle the office and everyone who came in with respect and kindness. Even when extremely busy. This no easy task as I myself know how the business can be. Thank you all for making my home feel so comfortable and amazing. You guys are amazing! The community is amazing!

  DO NOT MOVE IN .ROACH INFESTED. and they have done little to nothing about fixing the problem. Also if you want something fixed do it yourself these guys that work here are useless

  This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever lived at every month the water is shut and off for hours and sends a notice out the day of valet trash but they come when they want

  Lived there for 3 years. Infested with roaches, constant mailroom break-ins. Lots of drunk drivers hitting cars and running away (two were caught). Apartment was "renovated" but everything was falling apart
