  El peor lugar que puedes elegir para vivir, Departamentos viejos en malas condiciones con cucarachas y un sin de problemas derivados del mismo mal estado de las unidades, filtraciones, moho, artefactos viejos, gabinetes en malas condiciones estado y aún así son tan ladrones que cuando se termina el contrato te quitan el depósito y te cobran extra una supuesta llave de portón que nunca te entregan, y además siempre está abierto

  I live here, I haven’t had a washing machine for a month and a half, Felipe came to help me with that, and his management was fast and effective! He solved the problem and I finally have a washing machine! Thank you very much Felipe for your excellent work!

  I just moved in to Millenium Cove, let me tell you from start to finish Jasmine has been Amazing. She is down to earth and so genuine. From inquiring about the apartment up to signing the lease! She never missed a beat! Made me wanna move in instantly. I really appreciate her. Maintenance Felipe is also great. He’s quick to take initiatives and get the job done. I love my new community. Thank you again Jasmine, you’re an amazing soul!

The property is beautifully maintained, the landscaping is always clean and inviting, and everything is designed to make residents feel comfortable and at home. The location is also perfect—close to everything Orlando has to offer, yet still peaceful and relaxing when you come home after a long day. She is absolutely perfect at her job and goes above and beyond in every way possible. Jeannette is the kind of person who makes a lasting impression.
