  As a new resident here I am very disappointed so far. The folks up front were very sweet and good in person to get things going, but were poor with communication otherwise. After signing and getting my money it's not been good. The app they use for maintenance requests is called Loft, and I cannot select a preference for date, time or if I want to be present for entry. They say I can and they refuse to respect my preference as they enter as they please here and say that's what I chose when I did not. The app doesn't let you choose, and the default setting is to allow all entry at any time. Very shady and irresponsible to allow that and not help fix it. Also my stackable washer does not properly spin or drain clothes, as they come out dripping no matter the load size or setting and they did nothing to help fix the problem. Since they will not help or listen with my preference on staff entry and they will not take a proper look at and fix the washer, I will be buying my own and installing it for the time of my stay here, and I will taking it with me when I leave the moment my lease with this place is through. I wish someone was here to help but they all talk to me like I'm a complaining toddler who doesn't pay for any of this to be right. It's very demoralizing to be talked down to when I was promised things in a lease and I am not getting them, but I don't expect any changes to be honest. They have resorted to saying they will handle it and doing absolutely nothing while insinuating I should just leave the office and stop complaining. They claimed to have new and investing ownership when I was touring here, so I was initially surprised by the scummy behavior. To be honest a motel would've probably managed these issues better, so if you're looking for somewhere for yourself and your family where you can rely on management, don't choose here 👍

  I want to recognize the excellent service I received from our maintenance technician Xavier and his boss Jorge. Xavier arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was fixing it. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was completed properly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and I truly appreciate his effort and positive attitude.

  I had a wonderful experience with Nicole, one of the leasing agents here. I moved into the community about two months ago, and she has been amazing every step of the way. Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from answering all of my questions to making sure everything went smoothly with my move-in. She’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. It made the transition into a new community so much easier knowing I had someone like Nicole there to help. I really appreciate all the support she provided and highly recommend working with her if you’re considering moving here.
