  My daughter was looking for an apartment in the Metro West area of Orlando. We stopped in on a Saturday in February, no appointment, and we were greeted by Franco. He was happy to show us the complex without an appointment. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with and she signed the lease that day. On move in day he was also very helpful with anything she needed and the apartment was extremely clean. She loves the Harbortown complex which has amenities such as a fitness room, a beautiful resort style pool, an arcade and movie room. Great amenities, staff, apartments, and rental prices for Metro West.

  The staff is the best I have ever dealt with across any apartment complex I have lived in. Super accommodating and I absolutely love my apartment (super clean when I first moved in).

  I had a great experience with the office team at my condominium. Chanel was extremely professional, efficient, and resolved my issue quickly without any complications. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would also like to recognize Zach, the manager, who was very attentive and supportive throughout the process. It’s clear that the team is well-organized and truly cares about the residents. Thank you both for the excellent service — it is greatly appreciated.

  STAY AWAY FROM HERE, terrible!!!!!! They act nice and caring in the office definitely do not care about you or your family, roaches,mold and the parking is horrible and be careful because they will tow your car all the time! Dont waste your breath or time living here!!!! Worst apartments you could ever live in!!!! Save yourself!!

  Luis was amazing 👏 🤩 5 stars across the board . Vanessa was also extremely reactive while assisting me with coordinating Luis in an instant. My maintenance request was completed rapidly and to my expectation. They are all such a great team ! -Kaia
