  I moved in yesterday and had such an amazing experience thanks to Merci and, I believe his name was, Charles. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, smooth, and honestly enjoyable. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and on top of everything; answering all of my questions, guiding me through each step, and making sure nothing was overlooked. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared. It didn’t feel transactional at all. They took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, but they created such a calm and welcoming environment that it made all the difference.

  Chad was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and you can truly tell he cares about providing outstanding service. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for someone dependable and exceptional to work with.   Such a beautiful place! The amenities are great, everything is very modern, and it’s incredibly inspiring for new artists. It’s a unique space that truly captures the vibe of Downtown Orlando. The team is friendly and efficient when providing information, and Chad doesn’t waste any time making you feel at home—even before you’ve applied for the lease! (Special mention to the music playing all the time—it really adds to the atmosphere.)

  From the moment I arrived, I knew this was the right move—honestly, it felt like love at first sight. Coming from a quieter suburban area, I didn’t realize how much I needed to be somewhere full of life, energy, and convenience. Everything is right here—close to shopping, food, essentials—just makes everyday living so much easier. What truly set this place apart, though, was the experience with the staff. Jordan was incredible from start to finish. It didn’t feel transactional at all—it felt like having someone genuinely in your corner, guiding you, answering every question, and making sure you felt confident every step of the way. That kind of care is rare. On top of that, the entire office team was welcoming. I had the chance to meet everyone, and the energy was warm, professional, and inviting. You can tell they take pride in what they do and the community they’ve built. Speaking of community—this property goes above and beyond. There are so many activities and opportunities to connect, and it truly feels like more than just a place to live. It feels like a community that actually cares about its residents. Hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve made.

  As a resident of 2+ years, I’m so grateful to live in a place that feels both beautiful and genuinely community-oriented. the spacious pool area and clubhouse have such a resort-style feel, it makes everyday feel so special. Jordan and Octavia truly deserve their flowers. They are always so accommodating and helpful whenever I have questions about my lease or apartment, and beyond that, they are genuinely supportive of the community. They supported the idea of leading poolside yoga and now the residents love it. Their care and energy do not go unnoticed, and I’m really grateful for all they do ever since running this building. Octavia leads with professionalism, grace, and genuine care, and it really shows. Every day she’s so enthusiastic And special thank you to Jordan, her patience, kindness, and professionalism do not go unnoticed. She has such a calm and supportive way of helping, and whenever I have had questions, she has always taken the time to walk me through things.
