When we moved into Triton Cay Orlando, we truly believed we were choosing a well-managed and comfortable community. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. The elevator in Building 2 has been out of service since August 12th, and even after more than two months, management has not provided any date or timeline for the repair. For a family with a baby and a dog, this has made our daily lives extremely difficult. To make matters worse, security issues have persisted, with gates and access doors left unlocked for long periods. These are serious concerns for any resident — and yet, the administration has shown no real accountability or urgency in addressing them. We have tried several times to talk and find a fair, reasonable solution — including the possibility of ending the lease under the current unsafe and unsuitable conditions — but management has been completely inflexible. It’s very sad and disappointing to see a place with so much potential treating residents this way. At this point, my family and I can’t wait for our lease to finally be over.
