Definitely would not recommend this complex. The types of floors the apartments have makes it extremely noisy. Sounds like people upstairs will be falling through the ceiling. Tried adding an attachment to this review but videos aren’t able to be uploaded. (Maybe Yelp?) Also I spent the last 6 years living on the ground floor at another complex until moving here this fall and I’ve seen more bugs here in my second floor apt than the entire 6 years at my old place. Counting down the days until the lease expires.

My wife and I just moved to Orlando 3 months ago and have been living here ever since. Moving from a different city can be extremely unnerving, but with the help of Audri and Shannon we felt right at home! Everything has been great from the amenities to the helpful maintenance team. We absolutely love our apartment and have no complaints!

Was calling to inquire about touring and moving. Spoke to Stephen the conversation was going okay. We were discussing dates floor plans of interest price qualifications documents required fees move in dates etc. As the conversation progressed and interest grew I asked him about applying for a 2 bedroom unit available Nov 15th. I told him that I couldn’t see that on my end. He told me to check again and still the same thing. He tells me he will send me a link directly to it. Updated my profile in the system. Puts me on hold comes back and says one of the leasing agents in the office had two people in front of them applying for the apartment right now. I addressed the lack of communication in the office with other leasing agents. He rudely & patronizingly interrupted and said the units gone. I then proceeded to continue to express my point then he once again rudely & condescendingly accused the conversation of “going off the rails”. I told him that it’s not that I’m just expressing a point that effective communication in the workplace is important and it lacked during this call. Other agents hearing you talk about floor plans and dates of availability would have been a cue for them to interject and gave me the opportunity to apply versus allowing someone else to apply for the same unit in person after the fact. He offer other units that I previously told him wouldn’t work due to the overlap in dates of where I am now versus where I could move to. He apparently didn’t like being challenged on his screw up and then says to me “someone could apply for the same unit from their home in their underwear”. I then told him you’re giving a false narrative that isn’t occurring. He still continued to brush me off and be dismissive to my feelings about an apartment of interest slipping through my fingers. It’s alarming that there are people working in the office that lack accountability and process dismissive behavior towards prospective tenants. Not okay what so ever.
