She took the time to understand my wants and needs and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The maintenance team is also wonderful, especially Patrick, who is always prompt, friendly, and thorough. The community amenities are clean, well-maintained, and very up to date. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
- SSStephanie SykesDec 2, 20253.0Overall we have had a good experience here. The biggest problem with this location is the extended stay next door. There have been several rather unpleasant and unruly incidents from people staying there. The cops do respond quickly though. Appliances work okish. Unfortunately the smart hub and everything associated with it didn't work for the first month we were here because the building was struck by lightning. It does go down from time to time. The residents are mostly good and most of the ones with problems have already been kicked out. Security seems to hardly ever be around anymore though. This is probably common here in Florida, but the AC goes out a lot during the summer months and was miserable several times. Maintenance responds decently, but not always. There are some things they just do nothing about. There is a huge bug problem though and their pest service does nothing. We had to spend about $100 of products to finally get it under control. First couple floors have frog and lizard issues. Top two floors have bug problems. Overall it really isn't bad and the inside is nice.
