  I recently toured with Ashley 🫶🏽🫶🏽Hands down, 5 maybe even 6 stars. I would definitely recommend this property. And Ashley was amazingly helpful and pleasant! As stressful as relocating from down south is, she made this decision feel LIKE HOME. Thank you guys!

  This apartment was so complicated and the worst. I moved in December 2023 quickly due to me being new to Orlando and only having one day. It was a quick way move in. Moving in it was so many things wrong toilet tanks are black need to be replaced. Rust nd lime in sinks. Kitchen garbage disposal have a horrible odor needs to be changed. Floors were not done too good. Windows were cracked with mold. Bathroom have mold and mold mites. Tub immediately started to peel from move in clean. Says we shouldn’t use bleach and they will not repaint the tub. I had several occasions were decal matter (doodoo( was coming out the sewer in front of my building and I have three younger children and was pregnant. The railing was broke for months had it sitting on my porch. Requested a carpet cleaning for the months of my renewal which is December they said I cannot until March even though the outside of the buildings are not manganese to keep your floors clean. Tried to get rental assistance and they were not correctly registered with the state. Of all that went wrong it was a great family friendly community but the service is horrible and they don’t like fixing nothing. Never got a carpet cleaning the two years I been here from them the one time I requested I got nine different stories so basically they’ll only clean your carpet if you’re staying if not you gotta keep the filthy carpet until you move out. I’m so annoyed and over fighting with management over bad management of the apartment I rather literally move when I had no plan or money to do so because it’s ridiculous and I hate their customer service and ways of managing the property. Considering moving here consider you would be fixing a lot and them wanting to charge for any and everything but do not really repair or care for the families in this community. I will post the pictures of mold and communication with management

  This place is not the worst but also no the best. I just don't know how to get to them by phone AI answers pist u off then no body call u back makes no sense to me

  Great place, staff was friendly and helpful. Was seen immediately when I walked in. The property is clean and the complex is in a great location.
