Serenbe in Atlanta looks amazing but the rendering for the Grow looks just like another cookie cutter Orlando neighborhood where way too many trees get chopped down. I really hope they keep an old Florida charm and don’t plan on bulldozing a ton of trees like every other neighborhood in central Florida (minus Windermere and other older towns who got it right)
