  Whole experience has been just meh. not a single great thing to glow about. the complex name is a hair misleading you’d think you can walk around the lake or something but no access whatsoever. that isn’t a huge deal but it would be nice considering the amenities are average at best. if you have a pet they have 4 small patches of grass to choose from so not very animal friendly although they do allow pets. gate to the building only works half the time so if security is important go ahead and PASS on this complex. trash area is another problem that never seems to get resolved. time and time again you can find huge piles of trash just sitting outside the dumpster. oh and if you are looking for a team that acts swiftly look elsewhere- the pothole in the parking lot has been there for weeks and i don’t think they’re going to fix it😬

  The Courtney is a great place to live. I leased there with two of my adult children for four years. I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate.

  I am an UberEats and DoorDash Delivery Driver. I had a delivery to a customer in this Apartment Complex. The delivery was only supposed to take 10 minutes in total time. I arrived to the Apartments in 5 minutes and then I struggled in gaining access into the apartments to make what was supposed to be a simple delivery as all the entry doors were highly fortified and completely locked. This is not an apartment complex. This felt more like a prison with all the locked doors and fortified protections. It's sad really for the people who live there. As I struggled at the apartments for over 15+ minutes my delivery to the customer ended up being 15 minutes late with the customer's food being completely cold by the time I was finally able to gain access in the Apartments and make the delivery to the customer. The moral of the story, to all the delivery drivers, do not accept any orders going to these Apartments. Do not put yourself through the trouble. It is not worth it. Eventually when no one delivers to these Apartments hopefully the Property Management will make some positive changes.
