No matter how clean you keep your unit, the issue persists. The overall structure and condition of the buildings are poor, and maintenance work is consistently half-done or rushed. Repairs don’t last, issues reappear, and it often feels like temporary fixes instead of real solutions. Amenities are another major issue. The pool is almost always closed, and the gym has been broken and unusable for close to a year with no real updates or urgency to fix it. These amenities are advertised and included in rent, yet residents rarely get to use them. Between the pest issues, poor construction quality, unreliable maintenance, and unusable amenities, this complex is not worth the rent being charged. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere.

My unit has been absolutely overrun with roaches — in the kitchen, bathroom, walls, and even inside cabinets and appliances. No matter how many times I’ve reported it, the problem has never been resolved. It’s disgusting and impossible to live comfortably. On top of that, I’ve had water leaks that were ignored for far too long, which led to mold growing in the unit. Mold and roaches should never be something renters have to fight with, yet management treats it like it’s no big deal. Because of all these serious habitability issues, I’ve requested to end my lease early, but management refuses to allow it—even though THEY have failed to provide a safe, livable home. Their lack of responsibility and care for their tenants is unbelievable. Communication is terrible, and the conditions are unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risks and do not move here.
