  No words will be enough to express my disappointment with this place. The ongoing roach INFESTATION , parking problem, trash all around the complex is absolutely DISGUSTING, music and parties OUTSIDE after hours, we were told 7 months ago that the gate will be fixed shortly yet 7 months later it still isn’t. I’ve had over 10 packages stolen from my front door. The last straw was when someone parked at our reserved spot that we pay for and got mad when we parked there and pulled out their gun. The management answer was “we can not guarantee safety”. I almost forgot to mention our car was scratched at night by someone who arrived home drunk. This place is absolutely NOT SAFE AND TRASHED.. This is the worst place where I’ve ever lived. I have small child and it’s a huge shame that the management does nothing to help living situation for their residents. It’s horrible and gross here . Save yourself and stay away.

  This five star review is for my leasing agent, Aura. We had lots of issues with maintenance and other questions while moving in. She has been nice and understanding every-time. The complex itself isn’t the best, but she’s made our time living here less miserable so to speak.

  If you love living in a roach infested apartment complex, this is the place for you! All jokes aside, this place is downright disgusting. I can't tell you how many roaches I've killed during my time living here, despite receiving weekly pest control treatments for months. When we brought this up to management, they were largely dismissive. Only after repeated complaints did they finally allow us to have the apartment fumigated. Aside from the pests, the build quality of these apartments are terrible. You can hear every footstep your upstairs neighbors take, so if they have children or dogs, good luck! I strongly recommend avoiding this complex at all costs. Also, take the 5 star reviews about maintenance with a grain of salt. If you want to see what real tenants have to say about this place, read the reviews on Yelp.

  Unfortunately, this apartment complex has been a huge disappointment. There is an ongoing roach problem that management has failed to properly address. No matter how clean you keep your unit, the issue persists. The overall structure and condition of the buildings are poor, and maintenance work is consistently half-done or rushed. Repairs don’t last, issues reappear, and it often feels like temporary fixes instead of real solutions. Amenities are another major issue. The pool is almost always closed, and the gym has been broken and unusable for close to a year with no real updates or urgency to fix it. These amenities are advertised and included in rent, yet residents rarely get to use them. Between the pest issues, poor construction quality, unreliable maintenance, and unusable amenities, this complex is not worth the rent being charged. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere.

  Estoy impresionado hoy y es una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido alquilando un apartamento. Me sorprende la amabilidad, la sabiduría y la dedicación del personal que lo gestiona. Espero que todo el personal mantenga la misma amabilidad, porque que tu no savias lo feliz que me han hecho hoy. El servicio que me brindaron hoy es invaluable.
