- MSMaximillian SeidelOct 23, 20251.0I’ve owned my home for only eight months and have already had three separate water leak issues that remain unresolved. The builder has been extremely slow to fix problems, and the warranty support has been almost nonexistent. What was promised during the sales process is simply not what happens once you move in. I really love the community and my neighbors, but many of us are experiencing similar water leak problems. The lack of follow-through and accountability has been so frustrating that I’m now reaching out to lawyers

I had one snag with my microwave but the builder quickly resolved. Would definitely buy a Toll Brothers home again.
