I am extremely disappointed with the service at this apartment complex.
Long story short — I came to the office on Thursday, February 19 at 5:15 PM. The posted office hours say they are open until 6 PM, but the office was closed.
I had previously made an appointment for Saturday (February 21). During that visit, a lady personally scheduled another appointment for Monday, February 23 at 5:15 PM through her system. She promised to show us a 3-bedroom apartment in person. I clearly explained that it was VERY important for us to see the 3-bedroom unit before making any decision.
She specifically told me that one 3-bedroom apartment would be ready and that they would definitely be able to show it to us on Monday. She assured me the office would be open until 6 PM and that she would inform the staff about our visit.
Because of this appointment, I left work early to be there on time.
So we came again on Monday at 5:15 PM.
Do you know what we were told?
“I’m new here. I don’t have access to any apartments. The other lady already left.”
I asked for the manager. The woman replied, “I am the manager.” I showed her my appointment confirmation. Her response? “Sorry, you can come tomorrow.”
This was my THIRD visit. Three times! I left work early and rearranged my schedule for this.
Do you really think I will want to come back again?
There is absolutely no professionalism, no communication between staff, and no respect for people’s time. Promises are made and not kept. This is completely unacceptable service and not how you treat potential residents.
Very disappointing experience.

Terrible service and staff. We came three times for a tour. The first time, no one was in the office—even though it was still an hour before closing. The second time, they made us schedule for another day. The third time, we showed up at the scheduled time and the manager didn’t even have the keys or access to show the apartment. Each time I had to leave work early to come. Would not recommend these apartments.

Not suitable for living.
The apartment was not what we were shown and was extremely dirty when we received the keys.
Damaged furniture, broken and outdated appliances, constant bad smell, and extreme humidity that has never been fixed since we moved in.
Maintenance is useless, and the staff is very unwelcoming. Requests are ignored.
The dryer and garbage disposal have been broken since the end of 2025, and as of January 5 nothing is repaired.
The office says it’s “not an emergency.”
If you’re fine with broken appliances, high humidity inside, and zero support, this place is for you.
I do not recommend this community at all!
Even one star doesn't deserve the Bainbridge at Nona Place.

Tengan cuidado con estas personas me pidieron toda mi documentación me hicieron esperar según probaron pero con error de sistema y había que pagar un mes de depósito jamás me llegó correo de ningún tipo de notificación pilas dicen muchas mentiras

Hay que tener cuidado con esta gente les recomiendo no perder su tiempo aquí engañan pintando amabilidad te hacen perder tu tiempo por más de 15 días por aprobación te aprueban luego dicen que hay errores de sistema y hay que pagar un depósito como no se les paga el depósito te dicen que hay que esperar y así hasta que tú no continúes y te dicen ok chao es personal profesional ni calificados son personas sin ética ni estudios ni humanidad
