  Zero stars given. Horrible place to live. Way, way, way Over priced for what little you get. A small gym in the front, small pool area which is over crowded in the summer ( not built to sustain the amount of people that crowd in) what they call a dog park that smells like urine as soon as you go in the fenced in area. Kids constantly in the street riding bikes and scooters or kicking balls by your cars. Recently kids knock on the doors selling golf balls or fishing bait who live here and they come by often (complete nucience), Absolutely No parking and if you're lucky your car won't be towed in the middle of the night by airport towing that they contract with. Not sure where they want people to park because the tiny garage is not built for mid sized vehicles. Maintenance cheaply fixes things. Ac units are old and ours was recently replaced only after 7 or 8 cheap fixes and continous complaining. They supposedly updated kitchens and bathrooms by changing out the front panels on the drawers and even that was poorly done.They charge you a garbage fee in your rent yet its inconsistent and then they take pictures to try and fine you when its not picked up by the company they hired. The women in the front office are not friendly at all and after reading all the negative reviews its the same things over and over. Obviously its a Point Parc of Avalon issue not the residents. Can't even have friends come by because they have no where to park. They made everyone clean out the garage to consider as one parking space but try parking a mid sized car in it because you cant fit and even get out of your own car. This place is extremely frustrating. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything including people coughing in the apartment next to you! You can actually hear the people next door talking and if you live on the bottom floor its a nightmare because you hear every footstep! Rent increases are crazy at renewal. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

  Office staff is professional, friendly and honest. They work as a team to support the community and are always available for tackling tough topics. The units are spacious and have privacy built into the layout of the buildings. Two thumbs up.

  I just wanted to give praises to Yordan from the maintenance team. He is always so friendly and attentive to details. I appreciate how he makes sure you are comfortable and he is respectful of your property. I have had bad experiences with maintenance at other locations but have to honestly say my experience here so far has been the best. Keep up the great work!

  It's the worst community I've ever lived in. I've always had problems with humidity, the appliances are old, dirty, and some are broken. There's no visitor parking, and even the resident parking spaces are sometimes occupied or blocked by other vehicles. I had problems with the air conditioning, and they did a horrible job fixing a pipe that was left exposed in the master bedroom, and then they just painted over it.

  Very disappointing experience. We had ant issues from the start, and shortly after moving in, the entire AC unit had to be replaced while we were already living there. The units are extremely old for the price, and mold has been an ongoing issue in the buildings—many tenants move out because of it. Management is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of addressing real concerns, they focus on creating move-out charges regardless of how long you lived there. Between parking issues, poor maintenance, and office staff who do not follow through on what they say, it’s clear this place prioritizes money over tenants. I would not recommend it.
