Assistant Community Manager
I wanted to give a quick, review on our departing Assistant Community Manager, Lyly. Lyly is absolutely top notch. Whenever I've had any issues, or concerns, she's right on top of things, getting them handled. I appreciate how well she keeps everyone informed, (in a timely manner), about what's going on at the apartment complex. Your clear updates are informative, timely and appreciated. She plans and organizes community events, and is always there greeting everyone with a smile. Her positive attitude is infectious. She handles everything with grace, and her character is unmatched. She will be missed, immensely. Thanks for everything!

After six years of living in this community, it’s truly heartbreaking to see Lily, our Assistant Property Manager, leave. She has been such a constant, caring presence that it’s hard to imagine this place without her. Her departure leaves a real void—one that will be deeply felt by so many residents. Especially me… who am I going to pester now!😭 in the lobby?
Lily, has an incredible way of making this building feel like a family. People knew each other’s names, shared conversations in the hallways, and felt genuinely connected—and so much of that was because of her warmth and the way she brought people together. During building transitions, elevator outages, spectrum, gate issues 😳 and everyday challenges (my fab!), she handled everything with patience, clear communication, and genuine care for the people who live here. Always updating us with emails keeping us in the loop! When my math didn’t math!
She created moments of joy and connection through holiday gatherings, seasonal events, and community activities that turned neighbors into friends. Lily didn’t just manage a property—she helped create a HOME ❤️ a community!
There are truly big shoes to fill, and this community will not be the same without her. Wherever she goes 👀 next is incredibly lucky to have her, but those of us she leaves behind will miss her more than words can say.😭
Thank you, Lily, for everything. You’ve left a lasting impact here, and you will always be remembered fondly. Please keep in touch. If it were not so far I definitely would follow you to that property. 🏃♀️💨

I had the pleasure of living here for several months and I absolutely loved it. What made it even more special were the incredible people who work here. I not only felt safe and secure but they were so friendly, caring, and all around absolutely wonderful. I will miss you all very much. I would like to recognize a few people that really stood out to me with such kindness, especially when I broke my toe and I was dealing with other issues at the time. Thank you to Robert, Steph, Jonathan, Madri, Lyly, and Gabriel. You will be missed and I wish you all the best! Thank you for EVERYTHING ❤️🙏🏻❤️

I wanted to personally thank Lyly S. for being such a tremendous resource during my move-out from the Paramount at Lake Eola. I was a resident of the Paramount at Lake Eola for over 2.5 years. I had to move out unexpectedly – not due to anything from the community – but rather due to issues with my ex husband my children’s school. It was quite a sad moment to be leaving and Lyly really went above and beyond in helping streamline and smooth over an otherwise incredibly stressful transition. Lyly made what seemed like a complicated and overwhelming situation much more understandable and doable, and always acted not only with professionalism, but kindness. She is truly one of the reasons the Paramount at Lake Eola was such a great place to live for me and my 2 young daughters (and my Hannah pup! 😊).
I also wanted to personally thank 2 desk employees. The first is Robert. Robert was awesome. A near constant at the desk, and someone that always made me feel safe and secure in the building. Likewise, the gentleman with the early, early morning shifts- his name currently escapes me – but he wore fantastic black suits with a teal tie sometimes!. He was also a warm and welcoming face when I had to run out to walk the dog in the very early morning or leave for work far before anyone should be up. Both of them are true gems and great assets to the community! Christina

Visited a friend here over the weekend and was disappointed. The elevators weren’t working, AC was out in some of the areas, and other residents made comments that they were sick of these issues continuing to happen. I’m not sure this is the place you would want to call home considering all of the other places in downtown.
