    I started living here early 2015 and recently had to make the difficult decision not to renew. With our growing family, we required more space - if not, we would've remained in this community. While their current maintenance team needs some attention, their leasing staff is amazing. Now, when I say the maintenance team needs some attention, it's not because they are horrible - it's because their previous team was top notch and honestly almost impossible to replace. In the office, I've built an amazing relationship with Edna. She is always attentive, friendly, helpful, and always quick to provide solutions to my questions/issues. She has been amazing over the years! This community is beautiful, quiet, and located in a great area. It is small which is a stark difference from the larger complexes in the area - this allows their entire staff to get to know and build relationships with each of the residents which adds to the overall experience. Totally recommend to consider this as your next home. 🏠

    I had an unfortunate experience in this community. Edna Berrios is absolutely terrible and unqualified. She is unable to get anything correct the first, second or third time. There is always some sort of miscommunication and/or failure to understand on her behalf. Every single conversation. James the maintenance man was unable to resolve multiple, simple maintenance requests, repeatedly. It got to the point that maintenance was in my unit at least twice a month every month, for the same exact issue each time. Then once the issues was unable to be resolved I was advised “you must understand the community was built 20 years ago”. Very unacceptable. They will provide you excuses but don’t expect any resolutions.

    Thank you so much for the tour?I really loved the overall vibe of the community! The space feels like a perfect fit, and I definitely placed this community at the top of my list. The warm friendly welcome from Edna was absolutely fantastic!
