They only became a minor issue when a dirty neighbor moved in and out. However, I want to thank Johnny for his amazing service he did for my maintenance request. Thank you Johnny!

The property has a serious trash problem, and management seems too lenient with tenants who don’t respect shared spaces. Trash and dog waste are often left around the community. While I feel this is partly a management issue, there are simply too many residents who treat the property poorly. The community has nice amenities, but walking around is not pleasant.
