I will have to say it sadness me to have to update my review to 2 stars. I lived in my apartment for 3 years but after moving out it just goes to show me how greedy apartment complexes are in general. The communication from the office is absolutely terrible, you call and call and there is no answer. In my 3 years of living there, every time I needed something I had to physically show up in the office. When you arrive in the office you are met with attitude and people who really don’t enjoy their job. Now if you want to rent an apartment, they love you. You have an issue in your apartment please wait 45 minutes and play the roulette of if maintenance is going to show up or not. I had an issue with my AC and they sent someone to fix it, after they left it was frozen within an hour I texted the maintenance manager at the time and his answer to me was well I guess you have a leak? That leak took 1 month to fix and the roving maintenance tech to fix it! As they had no one on the property who could fix it or wanted to fix it. I really challenge Venterra as a business to look at the deeper issues they have as a community and really work on customer service or a realistic explanation to their residents when they ask questions. It seemed like when I was moving out occupancy had dropped tremendously, it should make the company reflect on the reviews they receive and the service they provide. People have a lot of choices when it comes to housing and it’s seems like the people have spoken. I do want to compliment Ronny and Carlos thank you for always being a ray of sunshine and trying to do your best!

We did a walk-in tour with Milayde (sp*) who was very sweet and professional. She made sure to thoroughly explain the fees of the apartment should we decide to apply. The complex is nice, I love the lake but I wish they had a nicer park for the kids. The actual apartments are pretty spacious though and have a nice layout.

I’ve been searching for a new place to move and scheduled a tour. Marisa actually called me the same day to remind me, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, the lobby was packed and she was the only one working, but she remained so patient, kind, and helpful. She never seemed irritated or rushed, and still took her time showing me the apartment and answering every question. Thank you so much, Marisa! Your professionalism and attitude meant a lot. I pray you continue to be blessed 💗

Let me try to give my honest thoughts about living at NorthBridge. I have been a resident here since 2019, I have transferred from unit to unit more than 3 times and my last transfer was not as smooth as it should be. But after I raised my concerns, the community manager reached out and assisted me with most of my complaints. Although I didn’t really like the transfer process, I still have to acknowledge the fact that Carlos from the leasing office helped me out big time. Carlos called me while I was at work to offer me a bigger and more affordable unit after my lease expired and for that I’m forever grateful. Although I don’t like his way of communicating sometimes, but this man is really trying to us ( residents) out I do like living here even though sometimes maintenance be taking forever to complete a work order, but the fact that nothing bad never happen since I’ve been living here and the complex is literally close to everything I need.

Well, let me try to give an honest review of Northbridge at Millenia Lake. Let’s start with the positives — the location, the community grounds, and the lake where it’s nice to take a walk. We really enjoy living here, if only there weren’t so many downsides. Let me go over them in more detail: 1. Trash collection is often forgotten, but management never forgets to send reminder letters about fines for leaving trash bins outside. 2. The vacuum in the Auto Care area has been out of order for months, and it seems that no one plans to fix it. 3. Maintenance requests take a long time to be completed — yet they never forget to send you an email asking to rate their “service.” 4. The entry gates are broken most of the time and just stay open, which means anyone can drive in. As a result, it’s often difficult for residents to find parking because there are so many random cars parked inside. And the biggest issue — the complete lack of response from management and leasing office staff. You can see a nice message on their website saying that residents are always welcome to reach out with questions, but in reality, you’ll never get a reply. Even when it comes to lease renewal, you’ll face the same indifference. They’re happy to offer lower prices to attract new tenants, but loyal residents get no discount at all. In our case, they even sent something like an “early bird offer,” but the price was actually higher than what new tenants pay. I find this attitude toward long-term residents completely unacceptable, especially for those who always pay rent on time. We are now seriously considering moving out. As for whether this place is right for you — that’s for you to decide. Update: First, they took down the "Yield" sign for residents, and now they’ve put it back—though I still can’t figure out why I’m expected to open the gate and give way to random visitor cars that don’t even live here. The gate was “repaired,” but the fix lasted all of 2–3 days, and now it’s open to everyone again. Go figure.
