If you enjoy loud music you can hear blocks away along with noisy neighbors who don’t care about the well being of others. You’ve found the right place. The worst area to be by is the car wash area. The worst of the worst come here and just ruin a peaceful neighborhood. Management doesn’t care to do anything. You’d be better living on the highway vs here it would be quieter!!

I would give this community zero stars if that were an option. I have lived here for two years and can confidently say this has been one of the worst residential experiences I’ve ever had.
The trash area is consistently overflowing, with garbage piled to the top and left to sit for extended periods of time. Additionally, despite maintaining a clean apartment, I have dealt with recurring roach infestations. Management requires residents to submit pest control requests, yet on multiple occasions, those appointments were either missed or never followed through on. Residents should not have to repeatedly beg for basic pest control in a property that charges premium rental rates.
Safety is another serious issue that is continuously ignored. Access to amenities, including the gym, appears to be poorly controlled. It is not uncommon to see individuals without key fob access simply knock and be let inside by others. As a result, I no longer feel safe using the amenities in the evenings. This is especially concerning in what is marketed as a gated community.
Vehicle break-ins are an ongoing problem, and the front gate is frequently left broken or nonfunctional, allowing unrestricted access to the property. At that point, calling this a “secured” community is misleading at best.
For the amount residents are paying to live here, it is unacceptable to feel unsafe in your own home or to deal with preventable sanitation and pest issues on a regular basis. Prospective tenants should seriously reconsider before signing a lease here.

The good: Maintenance staff and the security staff are excellent.
The bad: The gym had good equipments but the gym itself stinks
The ugly: Try calling the leasing office, seriously try it. 2/10 chances you get them. If you can finally get a hold of them, they are really good people. But there’s that big IF. They are SEVERELY understaffed at the leasing office.

Robert from the maintenance team is truly outstanding. Every time he comes to my apartment, he is professional, kind, and extremely accommodating. He consistently resolves every issue quickly and thoroughly, always with a positive attitude. His work ethic and level of care genuinely stand out, and it makes a real difference. I truly appreciate the professionalism he brings every time.

One star is too generous for how bad this complex is. Upon entering, you might be pleased to see the central lake, the lake behind it, and some of the amenities, but it's all just a facade. The problem is the poor maintenance of both the common areas and the apartments. The first year, I overlooked some of the problems I saw in the common areas, but after renewing my lease, it seemed like all the other problems suddenly appeared. I reported the A/C malfunctioning 5 times, and I even had to spend an entire night without A/C because the maintenance person never showed up. The apartment has ceiling fans, but in the middle of summer, they only blew hot air. Once, they told me they were going to install a portable air conditioner, which never arrived. The more I went to the office, the less attention they paid to my case. Thanks to Mr. Muhamed, who explained the problem to me, I was able to anticipate when the A/C would break down and call for repairs, which usually happened the next day. Then there are the common areas. Even though they send emails informing residents of the trash collection days, many neighbors ignore them, and the trash can sit outside for up to 3 days, generating bad odors, attracting pests, and allowing squirrels to make a mess. On top of that, the person who collects the trash doesn't pay much attention to how they do it and drags the bags down from the 3rd floor, staining the stairs with dirty water. One day, we asked the office if they could have the building's floors cleaned, and they told me it was done every 6 months (I lived there for 2 years and never saw them cleaned). On another occasion, they assured me that the maintenance person was pressure washing the building next to mine and that they would then come to mine. I didn't see them at the building next door, nor did they come to mine. I'm sharing some recently taken pictures, where you can even see a pair of panties on the stair railing, and they've been there for 5 days as of today.
I can't wait for my time to come so I can move out of this mess.
