  I had an excellent experience at Maris Pointe Apartments. I especially want to thank Euridice Martínez, who assisted me throughout the leasing process. She was extremely professional, kind, and very helpful from the beginning to the end. She answered all my questions clearly, guided me step by step, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly made me feel welcome and confident about choosing this place. I also want to highlight the new management team. You can really tell they care about improving the community, and I truly believe this new administration will make Maris Pointe one of the most comfortable and welcoming places to live. Thank you Euridice for your great attitude, patience, and dedication. I highly recommend Maris Pointe Apartments, especially if you get the opportunity to work with the amazing team there.

  The apartment complex has gone downhill ever since ZRS management took over and the name changed. They claimed to be making improvements and enhancements to the community that all just ended up being more of an inconvenience, to remodel their cushy leasing office but had the pool closed off for several months to the residents during the summer, trash is always piled up at the compactors and strung around the community. They always want to regulate what personal items we have on our balcony and entryways for the apartment home we’re all paying anywhere from $1500-$2200 a month for I’m sure. The parking repavement process was a whole mess a few months back. They don’t even do anything special for the residents anymore, no food trucks, nothing for the community but just lay down rules and tell us how we can and can’t live in our homes. This will be our last year living at the complex.

  I know a family that lives here and they have yet to get anything fixed. water leaks from the upstairs apartment that is now resulting in mold. and they have 3 young children! maintenance orders have been put in since FEBRUARY and no results! I am advising to call code enforcement on this complex immediately!
