  Please be cautious when looking at this complex. It is brand new and the amenities are wonderful when they are maintained. The office support and management is run very poorly. We had multiple noise ordinances being broken and there was no accountability on the managements part along with countless other issues. The community is beautiful but the management doesn’t manage or hold themselves accountable when something happens so just beware.

  Sabrina was amazing from the very beginning and incredibly helpful. She made me feel very welcomed and was able to answer all my questions along the way. She guided me through every step of the application process and I truly appreciate her help. I wish all of my apartment hunting experiences were as amazing as the one as she provided!

  I normally don’t leave reviews but the customer service and the willingness to always help from Sabrina has super ceded my expectations and I wanted to say thank you for having such an amazing person on staff here!

  I have been here 5 months now and this is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived at. I am counting the days until my lease is up to move. These are beautiful apartments so it’s very sad that it is ruined by loud inconsiderate people. Maybe a top floor is better but I can hear my neighbors to the side sneeze the walls are so thin and can even hear my neighbors below and their very loud kid screaming and yelling all day long and the parents screaming back and slamming my doors. I get very little sleep in my place due to the noises beside me above me and below me that are inescapable. We are also not supposed to invite more than two people to the amenities per the lease but there are people bringing 20+ family members who do not live here screaming and playing music all hours at the pool (that is supposed to be only dawn to dusk). The” quiet hours” are not adhered to and no one enforces this or penalizes residents for infractions. There are also people smoking weed and cigarettes constantly when supposed to be a nonsmoking property. I even saw a man with an open flame charcoal grill on his balcony on the first floor last night with record wind and when the wind blew it hit the walls and he wasn’t even outside. These are also supposed to be prohibited and thankful he didn’t burn the place down last night. Someone needs to be working here that holds people to the lease. I would steer clear of these apartments if you are looking. You will have to go without sleep for your entire lease. Beware and don’t be fooled by the pretty. Lastly, be prepared to pay 100s of dollars in fees each month on top of the “lease price.” I paid over 200 in fees this last month which took my one bedroom to over 2000.00. Go somewhere else. UPDATE: Someone called me to address my 1 star review in an attempt to get me to change my review and were defensive regarding management not doing anything about violations on the property. I am not changing my review as nothing has been addressed regarding the noise and everything stated above. The person asked how they could make it right and I said to transfer me to the top floor for remainder of my lease to which they said they could not do as none are available and also that would have to sign for another 12 months. First that’s hard to believe since everyone moves out and is moving out for same reasons as me. Laughable…no one really wants to help solve anything they just want to increase their rating, which already is way to nice at 4.2 🤣🤣 Cannot wait until my lease is up and I can go to another property and be able to sleep and have peace in my 2000.00 box I live in. These people should be required to live here on property and maybe they’d care more about how it is run. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.
