- GCGABRIEL COSTAJan 5, 20261.0I've been living here for almost two months and I already feel frustrated and completely unsafe. I received a package that was delivered to the building's mailroom. This room is only accessible to residents via electronic keys and has security cameras. When I went to pick up my package (I have proof of delivery from FedEx, including photos), the box wasn't there; someone took it improperly. I asked the building management for help, and they simply refused to help and told me to call the police, claiming that their office isn't the police. Indeed, the office isn't the police, but the least one expects is an attempt to help, that they check the cameras, and not a response like "it's your problem, solve it yourself." What are the security cameras and controlled access for, then?

From our wonderful interaction with Melanie, who helped us find the perfect apartment (we changed four times!), to the excellent maintenance and care of the complex, we are thrilled to be here. It's comforting to feel so at home when relocating to a new state, and Mallory Square truly delivers. The attention to detail in the amenities, furniture and decor choices, and landscaping make this a luxury complex. Move here!
