  Ive always driven past this community but never realized how nice it was until I finally stopped in for a tour. Julia was the first person 1 met, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately making me feel comfortable and at home. She set a great tone for the entire experience. William then gave me a thorough tour of the community, taking the time to show me the amenities and walk me through the different floor plan options. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the leasing process and next steps. The tour felt informative, relaxed, and never rushed. I also really appreciated that even the maintenance team took a moment to wave and greet me during the tour, despite being busy. That small gesture really stood out and showed how friendly and welcoming the community truly is!

  I toured the community with William and had a great experience. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure to go over all the details. I left the tour feeling informed and confident, and really appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my questions.

  I absolutely love living at Makara! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this community is well cared for and truly values its residents. Julia and Willie are amazing! They’re incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything you need. They make the leasing process and day-to-day living so easy and stress-free. Maintenance is another huge highlight. Any request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently, often sooner than expected, and the team always does a great job. It’s so reassuring knowing concerns are taken seriously and resolved right away. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I genuinely enjoy coming home every day. If you’re looking for a place with great management, fast maintenance, and a strong sense of community, Makara is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!☺️

  ‼️ONGOING WATER LEAKS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS‼️ 💧FOUR water leaked since October 2025, with the most severe on January 28,2026, causing standing water and damage to the walls and ceiling. Miguel, maintenance manager, brought in extremely loud drying equipment that has a persistent and unpleasant odor, making the apartment unlivable. 🚨 Despite repeated incidents, Julia, property manager, REFUSED reimbursement and ECI Group has been UNRESPONSIVE due to CHRONIC understaffing. It makes it extremely frustrating, especially in emergency situations such as this. Emails go unanswered and I am afraid for the health and safety of my family. ⚠️☣️‼️ I have been patient and have avoided raising this publicly. However, due to the lack of resolution and continued health and safety impact on my living conditions, I demand this matter be addressed. Why should I have to live like this when I am paying for rent??
