  Marilyn, owner of List Right Realty, is a fantastic realtor. She is very thorough and professional. We first needed to renovate a townhouse that we had been using as a rental for 20-years, Marilyn was very helpful with suggestions and ideas that we should consider to make the property stand-out to prospective buyers. Once the property was ready and listed it took only 3-weeks to find right buyer. Marilyn continued to follow through to the closing, making sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend List Right to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.

  Marilyn Singer is AMAZING, and you should call her for your real estate needs! I was at my wits end being a landlord. Non paying tenants, maintenance issues, repairs, lease agreements, dealing with HOA notices, finding new tenants, screening - all time consuming frustration. Having Marilyn step into the role as the landlord has been one of the BEST decisions I've ever made! She's a God send! Marilyn is uber professional, takes care of the property ....maybe even better than I did! She manages ALL communications with tenants, huge reduction in tenant turnover, pays me via automatic deposit ON TIME every month, a spreadsheet every month, tax forms, etc. And when time to liquidate she markets the property, moves it fast, and just makes owning a HANDS OFF experience and I just love her.   Marylin and her team are amazing. They are quick and efficient taking care of any issue. We had a significant plumbing issue and within 20 minutes she had a team in the driveway taking care of it.
