I initially brought ongoing noise issues to management’s attention and even followed up by email, but I never received a response or resolution. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. When I escalated my concerns to corporate, instead of addressing the issues, they allowed Maria, the office manager, to simply refuse to renew my lease. After staying in touch with past tenants, I learned this is not the first time this tactic has been used — clearly a way for them to silence anyone who speaks up. The culture in the office is toxic from the top down. Maria, the office manager, sets the tone, but Marie (assistant manager) and Stephanie (the ringleader) are just as unprofessional. They don’t take residents seriously and seem more interested in covering for each other than doing their jobs. It honestly feels like their leasing and management staff are hired from the bottom of the barrel. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Linden on the Greeneway does not value their tenants, and once you sign that lease, you’re on your own.
