  Really love this apartment. It’s lovely to live in and it’s very clean. True classy ambience. They connected me to Amenify, which is a company that sends cleaners to one’s house. The cleaner did a great job and was very professional.

  I have lived at Landon House for many, many years, and it has truly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. From the management team to the maintenance staff, everyone has consistently been polite, professional, and genuinely kind. The staff goes above and beyond—not only are they friendly, but they also take the time to remember residents by name, which makes you feel truly seen and valued. Over the years, I’ve experienced very few issues, and on the rare occasions something did come up, it was addressed promptly and efficiently. That level of care and responsiveness brings a lot of peace of mind. I have always felt safe, cared for, and respected as a resident here, which is something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. The community itself is beautifully maintained and always gives off a luxury feel—from the grounds to the shared spaces, everything reflects pride of ownership and attention to detail. Because of the sense of comfort, security, and community Landon House provides, it has honestly been difficult to even consider moving into a house. I would highly recommend Landon House to anyone looking for an apartment community that truly feels like home. It’s a place where residents are treated with care, and it shows in every aspect of the experience.

  For complete disclosure this review would have been tremendously different a year ago as minor issues and problems were often ignored however there was a change in leadership and the responsiveness and resolutions have tremendously changed for the better. Staff is extremely friendly and the place is quiet with a convenient location. Kudos!

  Without a doubt Landon House is one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced ever. The residents I met and acquainted with have felt like family. The amenities were great and the convenience to restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and gas stations was invaluable. •However, throughout my time here, I experienced what felt like a never ending battle with roaches. I later found out that a neighbor had unoccupied their unit for a month or two and left perished goods in the fridge and kitchen area which resulted in an infestation and repeated maintenance for extermination. •During my last two months of living here, the thermostat stopped working resulting in a constant room temperature of about 78-80 degrees. After numerous attempts to have maintenance fix the issue I just gave up. It felt as if all that was done was to place a “completed” note on my counter. •Lastly, during the government shutdown, I was given an abrupt notice that I was to receive military orders to activate in 2 weeks. I notified the Leasing office to which they stated I should have provided them 30 days prior to the requested move out date. As a part time service member, this was simply not something I could forsee due to the on-going shutdown. Thus, I was charged an additional 20 days after moving out for rent (understandable). But then 60 days for utilities and renters insurance was billed as well. Why am I being billed for renters insurance and utilities beyond the prorated rent????Then had the audacity to tell me “we hope you come back!” It was distasteful and a disservice to veterans. I will not be coming back.
