  Without a doubt Landon House is one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced ever. The residents I met and acquainted with have felt like family. The amenities were great and the convenience to restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and gas stations was invaluable. •However, throughout my time here, I experienced what felt like a never ending battle with roaches. I later found out that a neighbor had unoccupied their unit for a month or two and left perished goods in the fridge and kitchen area which resulted in an infestation and repeated maintenance for extermination. •During my last two months of living here, the thermostat stopped working resulting in a constant room temperature of about 78-80 degrees. After numerous attempts to have maintenance fix the issue I just gave up. It felt as if all that was done was to place a “completed” note on my counter. •Lastly, during the government shutdown, I was given an abrupt notice that I was to receive military orders to activate in 2 weeks. I notified the Leasing office to which they stated I should have provided them 30 days prior to the requested move out date. As a part time service member, this was simply not something I could forsee due to the on-going shutdown. Thus, I was charged an additional 20 days after moving out for rent. 60 days for utilities and renters insurance was billed as well. Then had the audacity to tell me “we hope you come back!” It was distasteful and a disservice to veterans. I will not be coming back.

  If you are looking for an apartment building in Orlando; specifically in Lake Nona. I absolutely recommend Landon House. I have been living here for 2 years, and it is spotless; excellent for those who work from home for the quietness and the surrounding areas to walk around. It has a special feature, everything is quiet in the building and just a few minutes walk away there is the town center of Lake Nona, with its good vibes. If you add to this, the splendid attention of all the administrative team. What more could you ask for.

  This is my fourth year live in Landonhouse and I wanted to share some of the reasons I’ve stayed here so long. 1. The Staff- From the front desk to maintenance of staff here really takes care of you Israel and Justin are always on top of the maintenance tickets that I put in to handle things quickly. Look for anything else that might need attention and let me know what’s going on. they always make sure everything’s done right. 2. Management that’s easy to talk to- Geoffry , the assistant Director is always available whether I have a question or just want to chat. He’s easy to talk to and always willing to help. 3. A property Director who’s involved-The property director is always smiling and never hesitate to stop and talk even unannounced. I see you’re welcome to property often to make sure everything‘s up to their standards. 4. Great Amenities- The amenities here are solid from the pool to the free coffee downstairs. If you have a busy lifestyle these little things really help make daily life easier. After living here for four years, I can honestly say I would recommend making this place your next home.

  This property is incredible ! Israel and Justino are super professional and quick with taking care of repairs.The leasing office employees are super friendly and always willing to help not to mention the property is super clean and well taken care of. BIG thank you to Frances who always helps me with any concern or question I may have. 10/10 Recommend !!

  I have been living at Landon house for three years and have liked it and keep renewing. The new staff over the last year is great. Neighbors and amenities are great. To call this place unlivable like some idiot below did is such a Karen thing to do. I do wish they would fix the ev chargers and not move to a paid model but other than that this place is modern luxury. Some people don’t have perspective on what is truly unlivable
