  Lakeside Villa Apartments is a wonderful place to live—clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Natalie, the manager, is truly outstanding. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication to the residents make a huge difference. She genuinely cares about the community, and it shows. Highly recommend!

  Natalie is amazing ! I Definitely recommend asking for her if you ever think of leasing with this property , she was extremely helpful , patient and welcoming she made the entire leasing process so easy and was so helpful she went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcomed ! Even after our moving process she still reached out and made sure our unit was in perfect condition and that we felt happy with our new apartment . This property has amazing features and amenities our family’s favorite is definitely the beach side area and pool it’s great to spend time with your family and have a little get away . Over all I would definitely say if you’re looking for good pricing , a cozy , safe and nice place to live in and good amenities definitely consider looking at LakeSide Villas you will not regret it ! And remember to ask for Natalie she’s great and will make your leasing process Great ! 😊

  I really didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel I have no choice and don’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced. Please do not lease here. I had a terrible experience living at this property. The building is falling apart, at one point, my neighbor’s roof was exposed for several days due to a plumbing issue. And my roof was leaking as well. I signed my lease stating that I would not be renewing and personally confirmed this with a staff member. We were leaving because we could no longer afford the unit; with everything included, it came out to $1,500 for a one-bedroom. Our move-out date was 12/08/2025, and we turned in our keys on that date. We also paid rent through the month of November. Despite this, we recently received a letter claiming we owe $800 in past-due charges and that we will not be receiving our security deposit. I have tried contacting the property manager multiple times and have received no response. Please do not waste your time or money leasing here.

  I would like to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the extremely poor maintenance service at this complex. For several months, I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for my apartment. I have not only reported them through the portal, but I have also gone in person to the office, and none of my requests have been properly addressed. What is even more unacceptable is that some of these requests are being marked as “completed” in the system when no one has come to my apartment and no work has been done. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. My rent payments, including the maintenance portion, are fully up to date. It is not reasonable to continue paying for a service that I am clearly not receiving. Quite honestly, I feel cheated. I have gone years without having the carpet replaced, and what I am requesting is a proper cleaning, along with other maintenance issues that remain unresolved. This reflects clear negligence from the maintenance department. I expect my maintenance requests to be addressed immediately, and for work not to be falsely marked as completed when it has not been performed.
