We loved living there but if you move there be careful when you leave they will charge you cleaning fees no matter how clean or for normal wear and tear. Pictures are from how we left apartment and still charged $150 cleaning fees

Living in Laureate Park is great and using the PIXON lobby is such an underrated perk. The other people that also use the space are respectful and quiet, all sharing the common area of the downstairs lobby that’s connected to Foxtail Coffee. The Wifi is fast, the seating is comfortable (especially the couches and tables) and the space is always clean. The staff are also always friendly like Hannah. She doesn't kick us out, she let's us use the space as long as we are considerate and respectful which I've noticed is always the trend here. It feels like a library when I pass by; nice and quiet. I hope to keep using this wonderful common area as a visiting guest who lives in Laureate Park.
