  La comunidad es agradable y eso es innegable. Sin embargo, en materia de seguridad existen áreas importantes de mejora. Hace algunos meses sufrimos el robo de un scooter eléctrico. En ese momento, la administración de Ariel Apartment manifestó preocupación e indicó que se enviarían comunicaciones a la comunidad para recabar información, lo cual finalmente no se concretó. Este incidente ocurrió durante un periodo en el que la puerta principal del edificio permanecía dañada por varios meses, lo que permitía el acceso libre de personas ajenas a la comunidad. Reconozco el esfuerzo de la administración en mantener una comunicación constante con los residentes sobre otros temas operativos. No obstante, considero que la seguridad debería recibir el mismo nivel de atención y seguimiento. La comunidad es visualmente atractiva y agradable para vivir, pero fortalecer las medidas de seguridad es fundamental para que esa percepción se vea respaldada por acciones concretas. Expreso esto no como una crítica destructiva, sino desde el interés genuino de ver a la comunidad mejorar en un aspecto tan esencial.

  Arelis & Pedro Ruiz, the current event coordinators at Apartment Life are amazing. They work together to efficiently & seemingly effortlessly, bring fun & excitement , fostering community & fellowship amongst residents. It’s wonderful to see people from different walks of life , culture , enjoy themselves at their events. They are a positive influence & a welcome addition to the community. Thank you!!!

  Disappointing experience so far I’ve been living here for about three weeks, and honestly, it’s been underwhelming. When I moved in, I was told the entry gate had been broken for about four weeks already due to a “part” being on order — it’s now several more weeks later, and it’s still not fixed. Parking is another major issue. Many residents bring work vehicles home and take up multiple spaces by parking them alongside their personal vehicles, making parking nearly impossible at times. There are also non-handicapped residents consistently parking in handicap spots with no enforcement. There are cars that haven't moved in 3 weeks as well. Trash is a constant problem. Despite multiple community-wide emails warning about fines, people continue leaving trash bags and bins out hours before pickup and even on non-pickup days. It’s unsightly and unhygienic. Noise is another downside — you can clearly hear your upstairs neighbors walking around (or what sounds like tap dancing) at all hours. The upper floors really should have more carpet to absorb sound; vinyl flooring should be a first-floor luxury, not a noise amplifier for everyone below. Finally, I submitted a maintenance request for no A/C with the inside temperature at 81 degrees — and after 14 hours, still no response. Fans still going and only a drop to 79 degrees with an outside temp of 61 and no the heat isn't on. I’ve brought every one of these concerns to the onsite team, either via email or in person, except for the noise issue — but that seems to be well-documented in other reviews. Typically, gated communities are marketed as a more “luxury” experience, but that’s not what I’ve encountered so far. For such a prime location and with new complexes going up nearby, management really needs to step up their game if they want to stay competitive. The potential is here, but the follow-through and attention to residents just aren’t. If I didn’t have a lease break fee, I would consider moving out today. I’ll gladly update this review if things improve.

  This event was awesome. 👏 Pedro & Arelis always giving back to the community as they go above and beyond for all. As I read somewhere that they bring Unity to the community and that’s an understatement. I’ve been to a few events here at ApartmentLife and never disappointed. Pressing station was a hit 🔥. Got my hat. LOL… the food truck was another Winner, food was really good. I will definitely attend the next event. Thank You to the hosts 🙏 Gob Bless.
