Love the vibe of the amenities, very art driven which is a plus for all the creative living here. They are also building great community by hosting events and supporting business in the area.

As the team behind Studio 124, we’re incredibly grateful to call Evergreen 50 Mills home. This building is more than just a location. it’s a thriving creative community that truly supports collaboration and growth.
From day one, we’ve felt welcomed and encouraged. The environment here inspires productivity and connection, and that’s a direct reflection of the leadership behind it.
Octavia , Kirby and the rest of the team consistently show up for their residents with professionalism, care, and genuine support. They create opportunities, foster relationships, and make sure everyone feels valued. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed.
We’re proud to build, create, and grow our studio within this community. Highly recommend to any creative or business looking for a supportive and inspiring space.

Such a great experience overall. The management team here is truly amazing. Angela, Kirby, and Octavia have been wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful as I prepare for my move-in. I am looking forward to using the gym and the art studio on site! I also love the location. There are so many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby!

I’ve lived here for nearly two years, and ever since the previous management left, this place has gone downhill fast. I completely understand it's only been a couple of months under the new management, but the decline is already obvious, including cost-cutting the amenities, rent specials, and it genuinely feels like it’s only downhill from here.
The complex has always had service issues with elevators and such, but the old team actually cared about residents and actually responded to our problems. They were attentive, communicative, and made living here feel worth the price. Since the transition, it’s been a complete mess. Maintenance and upkeep have clearly suffered; the trash room has been filthy with trash not being picked up regularly, and there is now a fly infestation on the second floor where I live due to poor upkeep.
Management’s attitude has also been disappointing. When I brought up concerns about the property and my decision not to renew, they responded with snark, saying things like, “We find that hard to believe. Everybody that we’ve talked to seems really happy with the changes.” Clearly not the case, as many residents are clearly unhappy and choosing not to renew LOOK AT THE REVIEWS
Resident perks have also been quietly stripped away. Coffee used to be free, and I grabbed it every morning, now we have to pay, and I don’t even bother going down there anymore. We have an art/paint room normally fully stocked with free supplies; while some tools remain, the space and amenities feel neglected.
There have been almost no community events since the management change, except for one in late January, which felt more like a push to discuss lease renewals than a genuine effort to engage residents. It's just scummy.
Incentives have also been scaled back; they’re now offering minimal discounts (like $500 off studios, 4 months ago you got a month free prospective tenants!!!!), while the quality, upkeep, and amenities have noticeably declined.
Even the website looks cheap and poorly maintained, which mirrors the resident experience.
If you’re considering leasing here, be aware that what you’re seeing now appears to be the start of a downward trend, not a temporary adjustment period.
This used to be a solid complex. If the previous management were still in place, I’d easily rate this a four-star property. Under the current management, it’s deteriorated quickly, and it’s disappointing to watch something that was once well run fall apart this fast.
