Ryan K was my sales person and I’ve met other companies salespeople before but those showed no caring or any interest on me because I wasn’t sure I want to buy within a community, Ryan and my realtor Rosa, understood my concerns, spent the time to answer all my questions, treated me with respect and appreciation, and they proved me wrong! What a beautiful neighborhood this is! Relocating from Los Angeles, my wife and I found the perfect neighborhood to call home. I cannot stress enough if you come here to buy or look at any homes, ask for Ryan Kaufman! He is absolutely the best! I know it can be very stressful and hard to look for a home, but after going through the process with Ryan, those thoughts went out the window! He cares about people and that you can see as soon as you meet him. He’s very professional, educated on his craft and will 100% help you. If you think you can’t, with Ryan on your side I promise you he will get the job done!
Secondly, a huge shoutout to Ryan Bourdeau! Ryan was our construction manager that made sure our home was being built to PERFECTION! And what a job he did for us. His dedication to pay attention to every little or big detail to make sure everything was done to perfection was something my wife and I really appreciated from Ryan. Our final walk through took 5 mins to do (like I said perfection) but ended up staying for over an hour just talking and cracking jokes getting to know my wife and I! So great getting to meet Ryan! If you can request Ryan as your construction manager, DO IT!
And this is why Everbe by Pulte is your place to call home. Today my wife and I are 1 week into our new home and we’re so happy! Both Ryan’s are no longer friends, they’re our family! And it’s all thanks to this neighborhood!
