  Recently moved to a community managed by them and inquired about a fence installation. I received a response, a helpful one I might add, within 24 hours. They were very professional and made it easy to abide by the community standards without any difficulty. Compared to other HOAs I have experienced they are among the best.

  My companies HOA uses this company and they take forever to get anything done, no one will answer phone calls or emails even during emergency situations that require their approval. Gladyelit specifically takes weeks to get even the smallest things approved and has done almost nothing that was agreed upon when we signed a contract with them.

  I am a former Board member of an HOA that used CMP/Associa for approximately 1.5 years after turnover. Unfortunately, based on the level of service our Association received, I cannot recommend CMP/Associa as a management company for any HOA or condo association. Our Association was managed by a portfolio CAM which means that our administrator was shared with other communities; however we felt we did not receive the proper level of attention even after taking this into account. Upon voicing our concerns, we were told the only real answer was to pay more for a dedicated CAM, and our service was not improved overall. On at least one occasion the CAM contacted me personally to complain about other Board members discussing their frustrations about the level of service. Despite this response, under another management company we have been receiving better service with a portfolio CAM. In this regard, I would conclude that CMP/Associa structures its portfolio CAM option as a way to get associations to pay more for management services. CMP provides access to the TownSq platform for owners and residents, but the CAM did not pay any attention to the forums or service requests when owners posted to the platform. Instead the Board had to address the reported issues directly and notify the CAM to take action. This made the Board look bad in the eyes of the community since posting things on TownSq did not lead to any response from management until the Board was notified, often by a frustrated owner. There were too many issues the community had with its portfolio CAM to list individually. I will not name the specific person in question; however there were multiple instances of arbitrary decision-making and poor judgment, material omissions in financial statements (which hurt Association finances), and a general sense of apathy for the community's needs. Ultimately, CMP/Associa did not provide the services for the Board to be able to govern properly, and the Board was repeatedly put in a position that hurt its reputation, through no fault of its own. I see there are a number of similar reviews from other communities and I have every reason to believe their experiences have been the same as ours.
