- NVNatalie Valentine1 day ago1.0This place was great until they got a new property manager. Now no one ever answers the phone, they close the office 2 days of the week, and they’ll slap you with a lease violation out of nowhere with no explanation or evidence right before the office closes so you can’t go and dispute it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that there’s no one to contact in times of need and even if you leave a message, they will NOT call you back. Completely unprofessional.

There are no signs anywhere on your website nor your property disclosing it to be a non-smoking property. Residents are being told this is non-smoking facility ONLY after signing their leases, when keys are issued and there is no way to back out of the lease at that time. Ask your leasing agents for ALL disclosures up front.
