People let their dogs pee in the elevators and no one cleans up after themselves. If they do decide to clean it, it’s a half done job and a day later it reeks again. Like hot pee. No repercussions either. Not to mention all the dog poop around the complex. It’s foul, ridiculous, and unsanitary.

Thanks to Jonathan and Edil from the maintenance group, for fixing a few things once we moved. They are very professional and kind.

I’ve lived here for two years, and I’ve never seen the property this dirty and neglected. The sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas are covered in grime, stains, and debris. I submitted a maintenance request several weeks ago specifically asking for a routine pressure washing of the buildings and walkways, no response, no acknowledgment, and no sign that anything has been scheduled. Trash is another major issue. Residents routinely leave overflowing bags outside the dumpsters all weekend long, leading to foul odors, swarms of bugs, and an overall disgusting appearance that affects the entire community. To make matters worse, the elevators constantly reek of strong dog urine. It’s unbearable every time you step in. Since the new management company took over a couple of months ago, their priorities seem completely misplaced. They’ve been quick to send out notices and warnings about balcony items and minor rule violations, but basic cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and common-area sanitation have fallen by the wayside. It’s frustrating to watch enforcement energy go toward cosmetic rules while the property looks, smells, and feels worse than ever. This used to feel like a well-maintained community. Now it feels like management simply doesn’t care about resident concerns or the day to day livability of the property. Not to mention that is why a monthly payment is made to live on a community such as this one. Overall very disappointed.

Safety issues with parking. A resident who is not in the contract of his APT. She hit my car and that person was totally undocumented, her car was uninsured, without a driver license and tag expired. According to the parking policies, a vehicle in that state should not be parked in the complex.
