- MMMarkJan 1, 20194.0This is one of the nicer ones as far as mobile home parks go. They are quite strict about outside appearances such as not allowing vehicles to be parked on streets, or on the lawn, and they regularly send out notices to pressure wash driveways, homes, and keep the lawn looking good. They require a criminal background report on all members on the lease over the age of 18, which is fantastic as it weeds out sex offenders. The amenities included are a park, small basketball court, swimming pool, and laundry room with a soda machine. The staff are all generally nice, and helpful.
