Do not move here unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for non stop issues. To unlock any door on property has to be done through a mobile app on your phone which tends to not work and will even kick you out locking you out of your apartment. Nothing they promised when i signed my lease have they delivered. I’m a resident and they towed my car because I parked in the lot for one second to run upstairs. The office staff are incompetent , rude and highly under qualified. Maintenance is incompetent as well. We lose power and AC often and emergency maintenance will not respond so be prepared to sit in a hot dark apartment until the morning. When residents leave honest reviews they harass us to take them down. Elevators constantly break down and construction happens everyday so be prepared to hear banging and drilling. Gavin Taylor Julia and Austin are rude and don’t care about the issues the residents face and are only concerned with the visual aspect of the property. Notice I only put four employees because everyone else has quit because of the plethora of issues. No one i know is resigning their lease. They know i’m not renewing so that’s probably why they didn’t care about towing my car. Funny enough the property and leasing managers park in the handicap and visitor parking spots so much I know what car they drive but god forbid I need to run upstairs to grab my medication. They are going to respond to this with excuses and harass me to take it down. Many of the doors entering the building from the garage will lock up so be prepared to be stuck outside at 12am. Don’t move here or pay 1100 dollars for crap when there are nicer places around with bigger parking lots, multiple gyms and several pools. Aka stuff actually worth your money. Also the garage is so small they no longer are selling passes to residents because there is no space so they force them to find space in the lot! Don’t forget the homeless people we have seen walking around at night in the complex and don’t worry they can still find their way into the building and the garage because several doors are unlocked and the garage gate is installed but still doesn’t work. Mind you it’s almost december and it was supposed to be installed in august. Just
don’t move here.

I have never had such a bad experience living somewhere. My last straw was this week when the WiFi has been off for two days right before finals week when this is an student complex. Small rooms, there’s is never no parking space, it takes me 8 minutes to unlock my door since they decided to rely on the most unreliable way possible to open a door. Management can be very condescending and rude when you are asking a simply question and overall not a fun experience. The bus is always late and the bus driver literally sleeps all day on the bus so i have spent countless amounts of money on Ubers to not be late to class or work. 0/10 experience!

I actively count down the days until move out. If you want to have a stress free experience and enjoy your apartment, do yourself a favor and do not move here.
Everything is always broken. Not only was the safety certificate in the elevator expired for a very long time, now the elevator is broken! The elevator has been broken for a couple of weeks now and makes everything so difficult. Their excuse about absolutely everything is that their vendor is taking longer to fix it. That is their excuse for their lack of EV chargers, their 3 month late gate installation, and fixing of their elevators. If you have hundreds of people complaining, don’t you think you should switch vendors? There is only so much you can blame on other people before you have to consider your own carelessness.
They advertise their apartments to be “only a couple of minutes away!”. If 15-20 minutes is good for you then go ahead and sign. The way to get in and out of the community is such an inconvenience. It honestly makes me dread going to class. It might look nice from the outside, but the ins and outs of this property is far from “luxurious”. You know what’s luxurious? Peace. We don’t get any here. People are constantly yelling in the pool area, and if you have pool view (like me, which I never ever asked for btw), then you don’t get a second of peace. However, if you live on the other side of the property you don’t get any peace either! You constantly hear dogs barking day and night. However, if you like a natural alarm clock waking you up at 6:30am, be my guest.
Don’t be fooled by the look of this property because your living conditions do not reflect it at all.
The breakers are constantly breaking and needing to be reset, the stomping of your neighbors are horrendous, and the attitude of some of the workers are awful. I can’t even blame them, considering they ALSO live in misery and have to hear from hundreds of residents complaining about it.
The “luxurious, private shuttle” is another saying for “there’s only one of them and you have to wait over an hour to get picked up and taken to school.” As I write this, I have been waiting OVER AN HOUR to get picked up from campus and I’d check the shuttle’s location using their “shuttle tracker”, but that’s broken too!!!! Everything. Here. Is. Broken.
Live literally anywhere else.

Majority of the staff is friendly, some couldn't care less to help you with anything. The place is pretty, and kept well clean, but the cons outweigh the good. The location is simply inconvenient as well as the parking/entry layout. Very few visitor parking spots are offered and the entry way is way to narrow, especially considering how often their is some work truck there to fix something and taking up half the space. For being brand new the breaker and electrical issues we have had consistently are more than frustrating, including our fridge shutting off for over an hour on the 3rd day we moved in. There are also no physical keys and the only way in anywhere is from an app on your phone, which could be nice until your phone is dead and staff refuses to let help you out.

Expect to pay $55 A MONTH for regular parking if you are one of the last people to sign (attached is the document). After 3 months of living in uncertainty, me and a few residents who weren’t given resident parking were finally contacted with a solution: they would let us park by overselling the garage. This agreement comprises a $55 monthly charge and their ability to take the permit away once they reevaluate the parking situation after the gate is installed and functioning. I am told it is on me for registering my car “late” when in reality, if I had registered it before you, you could be the one without parking :( as the real issue is that there is not enough space for residents. Parking for students is a NECESSITY not a PREMIUM add-in since most of us work jobs we need to drive to. The permit number I was given is over 700, which should give you an idea of how many people do have a car and not as luxury but as a need. The shuttle service to UCF is appreciated and expect the drive to the apartment at rush hour to be 20 minutes, instead of the 8 minute advertised on social media.
Your guests will pay $8 dollars a night to park here (if they can find parking). No other place or living around does this and it is an absolute money grab. You will pay additional fees for premium locations such as a pool view or last floor that you did not ask for.
The garage is extremely narrow with no space for two cars to drive at the same time and it has no visibility which is dangerous as you can’t see cars coming.
The entrance is so narrow it gets blocked constantly by the trucks doing construction as the picture below.
The complex is located in a highly transited area where you will hear loud cars and ambulances 24/7. Streets are also full of trash and inhabited by homeless people.
As of November 12, there is no sign of the promised garage gate. Attached is an image.
If you order a medium package on a box that doesn’t fit their lockers, they will keep it and not notify you that it arrived.
Opening the doors with a phone app is extremely unreliable especially if you run out of battery or if there is a WiFi outage like the one we are having right now. If you are in an unsafe situation trying to get in, expect the app to take 30 seconds to unlock your doors.
All of the 5 star reviews are from people touring that are incentivized in exchange of snacks or merch. Read the actual residents’ experiences and don’t believe the fantasy life they are promoting.
The delay on the mailbox keys, the elevators, the garage gate are all blamed on the vendors. When contacting the staff about several issues they say they can’t do anything and the only way to get them to fix or address them is by leaving honest reviews.
I appreciate the maintenance people for solving the apartments issues and displaying good customer service. The hard work of the staff is also noticeable. I hope the building is ready for the next leasing year to provide a comfortable home for new residents free of chaos and stress and meet the expectations portrayed on social media.
