  Overall I have been leasing for about 4 months now and the only issue I have is the marijuana smell that fills my apartment that’s coming thru my vents. I have complained about and apartment checks were done but I am still dealing with it

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel completely frustrated and regret renewing my lease here. This has easily been a 1/10 experience. Since the new management and team took over, so much has changed for the worse. The property is constantly dirty and feels neglected. Even the amenities are frequently out of service, which makes it feel like you’re not getting what you’re paying for. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, and it has now been 12 days with no assistance or follow-up. Basic issues are being ignored, which is unacceptable when you’re paying to live somewhere that should be properly maintained. The elevator is constantly out of order, and when it is working, it reeks of urine and smells terrible. It’s honestly disgusting and extremely frustrating to deal with on a daily basis. Management is another major issue. Karyn, the manager, is never available to meet and does not respond to emails at all. It feels impossible to get any real help or accountability. On top of that, Angie and Armando in the office are consistently rude, condescending, and unhelpful. They never provide direct solutions and instead push everything off to “upper management,” who are also never available. To make matters worse, my renewal rate is higher than what new tenants are being charged for a two-bedroom apartment, while I currently live in a one-bedroom. That feels completely unfair and honestly disrespectful to long-term residents. It’s also worth noting that negative reviews seem to get deleted, which makes it hard for prospective tenants to see the real issues here. I’m extremely disappointed, especially considering I’ve referred two families who now live here. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!!
