- NNNickMar 10, 20265.0Great amenities, amazing walkable location, reasonable price, friendly team - our family loved it here! Would totally recommend Azul and would absolutely live there again if/when back in Orlando! Smooth move-in and move-out process. Few things to be aware of: elevators sometime break, though typically are fixed quickly. Noise insulation is meh (though it's true pretty much for every apartment I ever lived in). Maintenance things do pop up, though they're handled super fast. Bugs - there are some, never bugged us much, they spray them and it gets better. Again, nothing crazy and pretty much in line with many other places we lived in. Things we liked especially: the pool area is top notch. The gym is solid. Free yoga for residents. There were some free community events. Lots of pets, friendly neighbors (or maybe we were lucky?) Parking is aplenty, though it can become tight late nights on weekends. Overall, an amazing place to live and decent value. A+
- JCJohn CosterFeb 14, 20261.0I was a tenant for 12 months and used as a corporate apartment. I paid my rent on time every month. During my stay the staff was helpful and polite until I ended my 12 month lease. There was talk about extending however I never executed or signed an addendum to my lease for an extension. Irregardless, they charged me for a an additional full month after I checked out on time. I was promised a refund for my overpayment since my lease only ran through the 15th. I politely and respectfully tried to work with them for over a month but they decided to threaten me with reporting me to a collection agency. It was never about the money, it was about the principle and legality of the issue. I decided to pay because I didn't want the hassle. Beware of these dishonest people. To act this way and treat honest tenants like crap should be a warning. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
