Living at Aperture is so odd. Majority (all the time) the staff at the front desk will help you because it’s their job but make it very clear they didn’t want to. I been to the office like 5 times and the way they look at you in disgust every time….at least that’s how I been treated. I’m still curious to what’s that about??? But then again, I understand why they have to reward people for writing a google review with 5 stars, they know otherwise it’s not happening. Being a college student is already enough work, then you have to deal with them. Your guest also have to pay for parking at night and no not $2 or $3 dollars it’s $8….as a resident you get a monthly parking fee..granted you are aware of it on your lease and are like um okay because you quite literally already applied to live there but if you think about it….whether you live in a hotel or any other apartment.. your guaranteed parking spot is included after paying one time. I had friends that were literally WAITLISTED from the parking garage leaving them to pay for a non-guaranteed guest parking spot . Signing on as a college student, doesn’t seem too bad until you live it. At least the maintenance people are cool, you’ll feel bad for requesting them every other day because something always breaking. If you still chose to live here, let me pray for you, bow your head. A starburst at the front desk is not worth writing a 5 star review.

Where do I begin, this apartment complex is nothing but the worst. Their management team is highly corrupt with only intentions is to mislead you and practically scam you, if you ever feel like you are working out a good deal with them, get it in writing. that's how bad it is, they "help" you out and immediately turns around and does something that's only in their favor. If you are thinking ," oh i wont interact with management anyways" think again. You'll have to be prepared to go to them constantly whether or not it's about noise complaints, breaker troubles, pest problems. It's all there. to I plan on reletting, but I can't bring myself to compliment this place when there's nothing good about it. They prioritize money and their system over anything else and even though they switched to new management it's the same thing. they might be nicer, but their intentions and their actions are always the same. I don't know how they call themselves management when they can barely handle simple housing issues like pest control or noise complaints. They merely send out an AI email, but never actually fix it. We have gone to them multiple times about noise complaints, but their only response is nothing but an excuse.

genuinely the worst apartment complex in the area the staff is very shady and will do anything to get money out of you. The amenities are down most of the time, the elevators are down as I am in a wheelchair and I can’t even get up from the parking garage Because if you park any later than 10PM you won’t get a spot on your floor, My guests have to pay eight dollars for parking every night and the staff here is just so rude especially the property manager Natasha. i’m currently trying to get out of my lease here because living here has genuinely ruined my college experience because I can’t even have friends over without them Worrying about paying a fee every night with the possibility of getting towed as they tow very quickly

I’ve had such an incredible experience living at Aperture that I decided to resign for next year. The new management has been fantastic, with many new resident events and a great group of people. I’ve made plenty of new friends, and Norman from the maintenance staff has been very helpful, even coming in after hours on the same day to assist with all my needs.

We toured several apartment communities in Orlando yesterday while searching for the perfect place for my son’s first year of college, and nothing came close to Arianna and the team at Aperture Apartments.
From the moment we walked in, Arianna was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. Jaiden also jumped in to help and was so kind and amazing together, they made such a strong impression. After visiting six different communities, the difference in service here was undeniable.
The property itself is absolutely pristine, and the amenities are next level, but what truly sets Aperture apart is the team. Arianna made the entire experience feel easy, welcoming, and stress-free during what could have been an overwhelming process.
As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. I left feeling completely confident that my son will be well taken care of and that he’ll have an amazing experience living here.
Highly recommend Arianna, Jaiden, and the entire Aperture team. You can tell they truly care.
