I've experienced a lot of changes within management however out of all of the employees I've met personally Ann is the most thorough. She never fails to meet expectations, she goes above and beyond to help with any concerns that I've had since she's been working here. Also while being in the office Ive observed that every resident she comes in contact with receives the same wonderful energetic customer service regardless of the person or situation. She deifnitely deserves a raise! She's made my experience in the last year here better than any of my previous years. Also all of the maintenance staff completes requests extremely quickly and they're all very polite as well. The office is always hosting different contests and engagement activities that keeps the residents feeling like they are truly valued. Overall I am happy to say this truly is a place that I can call home.
