I have owned homes for over 20 years and this was my first rental property since the early 2000s. Baron was very easy to work with, put communication at the forefront and addressed any maintenance requests immediately. Baron ensured every step of the rental process was clear and concise; from viewing the property, to the application process and moving in, he was there every step of the way. We renewed our lease every year for 4 years and each year, Northeast Florida Realty treated us with the same level of respect and appreciation. Even during the economic crisis and Covid, they remained conscience of the market and communicated any upcoming changes. The level of human compassion and appreciation they showed is unmatched. If you are looking at these reviews to determine if this is the right reality company to use, you have found the best one with them!
