  They were very accommodating and understanding since this was our first apartment. The apartments look good and staff are very friendly.

  This is ridiculous, every day the compactor is over filled or the garbage pick-up half-asses the job. Some apartments infested with Rats, few neighbors literally had to move. Vandalism on AC units. For the most part this complex is mostly quiet compared to other nearby apartments who have it worse. Leaky issues that should’ve been taken care of prior, need more maintenance and pest control. This is what you see when you go on walks. 2 ⭐️ is a fair rating.
